• Available: Delivery time is 2-5 days. The product is available in our facilities. The delivery time is estimated from the time that the order is confirmed. For places that are outside of shipping company’s delivery area, or they are considered as inaccessible areas, delivery time may change. National holidays, weekends, and days that the storage facilities are closed, are excluded.If you want to pick your order from our store by yourself, please contact with the customer service department.
  For this category of products, priority order is followed, until stocks run out.
• Upon order: Delivery time is 30-45 days.  The product is not available in our or our supplier facilities. We will inform you about the availability of this product and the estimated delivery time vie email or a phone call in the next 2 days.
  *In case our supplier has not informed in time about the availability of a product, we are not responsible for any delay in the delivery time.
